The OPTIC™ is a comprehensive organizational assessment tool giving you an honest look at the alignment of your business with trauma-informed values. The results highlight necessary steps to achieving a human-centered workplace culture.

The OPTIC™ survey will be implemented pre- and post-program to provide your organization with insights and actionable steps to tailor your culture to success. The survey is then available to be taken quarterly as part of our Community of Practice for continued monitoring and measuring of your organizational progress.

PRESENCE for Business is an impactful 12-week training program hosted on the Lakeside Metaverse immersive learning platform. The program requires 1-2 hours per week of self-paced learning coupled with live expert coaching sessions to maximize flexibility while maintaining program integrity.

Cohort sizes range from 100 to 300 employees, with the ability for multiple cohorts to train simultaneously. Each cohort will contain a select group of leaders to engage with the Leadership Track prior to cohort-wide training.

PRESENCE for Business is designed to help businesses with 10 to 50,000+ employees to implement culture-changing practices. Companies can begin the program with a small cohort of staff and expand their training initiatives as they see the benefits emerge.

How is the program delivered?

PRESENCE for Business is delivered via the Lakeside Metaverse XR LMS, an immersive learning platform accessible via a VR Headset, personal computer, or tablet with WIFI. The self-paced learning content combines video and animation with avatar-based presentations and interactive 3D learning experiences. We utilize quizzes, surveys, and feedback forms to measure your training progress.

What does the program cost?

PRESENCE for Business is designed to be affordable for any business. Programs start at $8,950 for the 12-week training program for up to 50 employees. Community of Practice enrollment is priced as low as $9 per month per employee.
